Fastrack Consulting was formed by Roy Whittle and Cliff Daly. The business is still run by Roy and Cliff, who have now added a strong network of associate consultants to their resources. Every consultant has been carefully selected from trusted colleagues known to Roy and Cliff personally for many years.
The focus of Fastrack Consulting remains on providing professional expertise of the highest calibre. Every consultant is an expert in their field with impeccable credentials and experience. Roy Whittle and Cliff Daly have worked together in executive management roles for many years. During this time, they have held senior positions in a multi-billion dollar blue chip environment where they have combined their skills to deliver outstanding results.
Roy and Cliff gained extensive experience in the Hi-Tech industry, which is known for its highly driven, cost effective and efficient, business methods and this has contributed to their work ethic and business acumen.
In recent years, working as consultants, Roy & Cliff have added public sector experience to their portfolios.

Bio: Roy Whittle
Roy worked for 28 years in the Hi-Tech industry where held multiple positions, from his early days as an Equipment Engineer to Managing Director for UK Operations for one of the world’s biggest players.
In his career, he has worked in every level of management, starting over 20 years ago in the role of Department Supervisor for a large group of highly skilled technical staff.
Since then, he has spent many years in senior and executive management roles in a blue chip environment.
During this time, he gained extensive overseas management experience in the Far East, Europe and the USA.
Back home, he has run major global functions in Customer Support and in Operations. His executive management experience has been gained in varied disciplines including: Manufacturing, Purchasing, Field Operations, I.T., Health and Safety and Facilities Management, typically with global responsibility with multi-million dollar budgets within a multi-billion dollar corporation where the P&L is always a key driver.
His leadership style is to create structures, business processes and strategies, which provide clarity and alignment between all team members. In this environment all understand the overall aims of the business. He ensures that the entire team, from top to bottom, have clear, well aligned objectives and act with a single accord. This approach has produced motivated employees focussed on delivering impressive results to the bottom line.
In recent times, Roy has turned his attention to consultancy where he has found he is well equipped to pass on his wealth of knowledge and understanding to businesses, new and experienced, as they face the many challenges he has seen, and managed, in his successful corporate career.
Most recently, Roy has gained significant public sector experience where he has been able to adapt and apply best practice from his private sector background. Through this work, he has found that solutions must be finely tuned to ensure that they are the best fit for the sector in which they are employed.
As an outcome of these experiences, Roy has been able to provide clients in both private and public sectors with solid advice and guidance, along with proven methodologies tailored to address their specific and individual needs.
Bio: Cliff Daly
With over 20 years' experience in customer facing roles, Cliff has a proven track record at all levels. During his career in the corporate world, he has completed international assignments in Europe, the USA, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and Korea.
As an executive in a blue chip environment, he has held global responsibility in many business functions, providing leadership to large teams in Customer Support, Technical Training, Spares, Technical Support, Technical Sales and Account Management.
Cliff has a very inclusive and hands on approach to management. He believes in understanding challenges in detail and guiding teams to success by coaching and empowering. This has allowed him to achieve impressive results through focussed team effort.
He has found that this great variety of senior level experience has equipped him well to help businesses as they face multiple challenges. As a consultant, he is able to provide strategic help and guidance to businesses small and large across a wide variety of industry sectors, in both the private and public sectors.
